The Catalyst Clinic 360°Advanced Health Intelligence Assessment

Twenty-five clinical panels  ·  One blood draw  ·  One physician

The 360° Assessment is the most complete diagnostic workup available at The Catalyst Clinic. Where our standard panel establishes the biomarkers directly relevant to a peptide advisory programme, the 360° looks across the whole system — cardiometabolic, endocrine, hepatic, renal, haematological, immune, digestive and nutritional — in a single fasted draw.

It is designed for patients who want their programme built on the widest possible evidence base, and for those who want a full picture of their health independent of any protocol. Every result is interpreted by Dr. Ethan Hausman-Marquis against your history, your goals and your previous panels.

Coverage

What the 360°Assesses

Twenty-five panels, grouped by physiological system. Markers within each panel are selected for clinical relevance, not volume — every result on the report is one Dr. Ethan will use.

Cardiometabolic

  • Heart health
  • Diabetes health
  • Metabolic syndrome
  • Full blood count
  • Iron status

Endocrine

  • Male hormone profile
  • Female hormone profile
  • Thyroid health
  • Pituitary & adrenal
  • Stress markers

Organ Function

  • Liver health
  • Kidney health
  • Pancreatic health
  • Urinalysis
  • Bone health

Immune & Inflammatory

  • Infection & inflammation
  • Autoimmune markers
  • Allergy evaluation

Digestive

  • Digestive health
  • Bowel health

Nutrition & Screening

  • Nutritional health
  • Muscle & joint health
  • Prostate health
  • Tumour markers
  • Personal health measurements

Panel composition may vary where a marker is temporarily unavailable or where a marker is not clinically appropriate for you. Dr. Ethan will confirm the exact composition of your assessment before your draw.

Standard Panel vs 360°

What the 360°Adds

Our standard panel is sufficient to design and monitor a peptide advisory programme safely. The 360° is for patients who want the wider context around it.

Breadth

The standard panel assesses 200+ biomarkers chosen for their relevance to peptide science and endocrine function. The 360° extends that to 200+ data points, adding coverage of digestive, immune, allergy, bone and urinary systems that a targeted panel does not reach.

Systems, not silos

Fatigue can originate in the thyroid, the adrenals, iron handling, inflammation, or absorption. Testing one system at a time answers one question at a time. Assessing all of them from a single draw lets Dr. Ethan compare them against each other rather than in isolation.

Comparable over time

Because the same panels are run each time, repeat assessments are directly comparable. Your report is read against your own previous results, not only against population reference ranges — which is where a change that stays inside "normal" still becomes visible.

The same interpretation

Breadth without interpretation produces anxiety, not insight. Every marker on the 360° is read by Dr. Ethan personally and discussed with you in context. Nothing is auto-flagged, auto-scored, or handed to a nurse or an algorithm to summarise.

Before Your Draw

How to Prepare

Preparation materially affects the accuracy of several panels. Please read these before your appointment — if you are unable to follow any of them, tell us rather than rescheduling silently, as some can be accounted for at interpretation.

Fast for 8 hours

Water only. Eating beforehand affects lipids, glucose, insulin, iron status and testosterone. Do not fast longer than 12 hours — extended fasting distorts results and increases the risk of feeling unwell during the draw.

Drink water

Arrive well hydrated. Dehydration concentrates the sample, makes venous access harder, and is one of the commonest reasons a draw has to be repeated.

Pause biotin

Biotin (vitamin B7) is present in most multivitamins and hair and nail supplements, and interferes with several immunoassays including thyroid and hormone markers. Stop 48 hours before testing — unless it was prescribed, in which case speak to your prescriber first.

Pause other supplements

Stop non-prescribed supplements 48 hours beforehand so that what we measure reflects your baseline rather than this morning's dose. Continue all prescribed medication unless Dr. Ethan has told you otherwise.

No strenuous exercise

Avoid hard training for 48 hours. Intense exercise raises creatine kinase, inflammatory markers and liver enzymes, and can make a healthy result look abnormal. Do not smoke for at least 30 minutes before the appointment.

Timing for cycling patients

If you menstruate and your hormone results matter to your programme, we usually draw on day two to five of your cycle — day three is ideal. Tell us your cycle when booking and we will schedule around it.

About the 360° Assessment The 360° Advanced Health Intelligence Assessment is a private health assessment, not a screening programme and not a diagnostic test. A result inside the reference range does not exclude disease, and a result outside it does not confirm one. Markers such as PSA and tumour markers are indicators only; where a finding warrants further investigation, Dr. Ethan will refer you to your GP or to an appropriate specialist. Analysis is performed by an accredited third-party laboratory partner; details of the laboratory and of how your sample and data are handled are provided in your patient information pack before you consent to testing. This assessment does not replace NHS screening programmes you are eligible for, including cervical, breast and bowel screening.
